MCM’s Construction Law & Litigation Group, as part of our Commercial Litigation Department, assists clients with all aspects of construction law. Our group’s attorneys are knowledgeable and experienced in helping clients avoid potential conflicts through contract drafting, negotiation and termination. When disputes do arise, our attorneys are also experienced in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration and mediation. Our attorneys always strive to provide effective and efficient service to clients, and can provide a fierce defense in the courtroom when litigation is unavoidable.
