Disputes arising out of the activities of financially troubled corporations, partnerships and individuals have become increasingly frequent and complex in recent years. An explosion of bankruptcy filings and the variety of modern commercial transactions require high levels of expertise and experience. In this environment, commercial and consumer creditors alike are well served by MCM’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. One of its members, Tim Moratzka, is also a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Trustees.
