MCM’s Appellate Law Group provides strength, expertise, and depth to our Commercial Litigation Group. Our attorneys have experience handling appeals at all levels in state and federal courts on all types of commercial and personal litigation, bankruptcy, and family law cases. Importantly, MCM attorneys understand the difference between trial and appeal needs. Its members are therefore adept at preparing and providing persuasive analysis to appellate judges.

By working closely with MCM’s Litigation Group, the Appellate Law Group is able to provide successful and cost-effective appellate counsel to both existing and new clients.
