Vacation
Vacation is 5 days per year for employees with service of 6 months to one year, 10 days for service of more than 1 and less than 6 years, 15 days for service of 6 to 11 years, and 20 days for service of more than 11 years.

Health Insurance
Comprehensive health maintenance organization coverage; preventative, out-patient, in-patient and emergency medical care through network providers. See plan brochure for details.

Dental Insurance
Two plan options are available: 100% coverage for preventive care in both plans; basic and major services covered at 50-100% depending on plan. Orthodontia at 50% with DMO plan only. $2000 annual maximum benefit with DMO, $1000 with traditional plan. See plan brochure for details.

Life Insurance
$50,000; benefit paid to named beneficiaries. Accidental death and dismemberment coverage at 1 x annual salary.

Retirement Plan (Keogh)
A Defined contribution plan is offered. Firm contributes an annual discretionary percentage amount of employee's total pay. Employees are fully vested after 6 years of service.

Employees may elect to deduct before-tax contributions to the retirement plan with full vesting.

Tuition Reimbursement Plan
Employees are reimbursed up to $750 per year and up to $3,000 cumulatively for tuition costs for courses deemed relevant and necessary to employees current or future job responsibilities at the firm.
Completion of course 100% if he or she earns a grade of B or higher; 50% if a C or higher; and 20% if a C- or lower
Seminar Policy
The firm pays in advance the cost of professional development seminars related to an employee's job responsibilities, subject to prior approval.
