Biography
Thomas B. Henke focuses his practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. He has counseled clients regarding qualified retirement plan issues, health and welfare benefit issues, ESOPs, non qualified deferred compensation (including 409A issues), equity plans and fringe benefit plans. In addition, Thomas has extensive experience counseling clients regarding the benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.
Thomas has served as faculty for several continuing legal education courses, including courses discussing the benefits issues pertaining to corporate choice of entity and executive compensation disclosure under SEC regulations. Thomas is a member of the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits of the American Bar Association and the Employee Benefits section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Prior to joining Mackall, Crounse & Moore, PLC, Thomas practiced in the employee benefits and compensation groups of large law firms in both Minneapolis and Washington, DC.
