Biography

Patrick focuses his practice on the area of real estate and construction law, with a particular emphasis on matters relating to land use regulation; real estate development; and eminent domain.

His practice includes litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.  He has extensive experience representing clients in land use and zoning litigation; eminent domain proceedings; property tax appeals; insurance coverage litigation; real estate title disputes; landlord-tenant disputes; mortgage foreclosure actions; mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions; construction defect litigation; and general business litigation.

Patrick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is also a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
